This beautifully designed version of European Roulette significantly improves players' chances of winning compared to American Roulette because it does not have a 'double zero'. In addition, this game features the generous 'La Partage' rule, which returns half of even-money bets when the outcome is Zero.
European Roulette allows players to bet on as many spots as desired.
The sophisticated design of this game includes a number of special features, such as the Repeat button that allows you to quickly place your favourite bets again without having to individually place each chip. And the game history display allows you to see the results of the most recent games at a glance.
With 35 to 1 payoffs for hitting a single number, European Roulette is a game where you can win big.
How to Play European Roulette
There are two types of roulette wheels, American and European. The difference between the two is the number of zeroes on the wheel. The American roulette wheel has two 0's (double-zero), which increases the house edge considerably. In European Roulette there is only one zero pocket on the wheel, giving the player better odds and making European Roulette far more popular.
European Roulette play begins when the players place their bets on the table. The pockets on a roulette wheel are colored red and black and the zero is green. Wagers can be made on numbers (including the zero), colors, or combinations of numbers and can be placed in the table layout or on the outside.
When everybody at the table had a chance to place their bets, the "croupier" (dealer) spins the wheel and then throws the ball into the wheel in the opposite direction of the spin. A few seconds before the ball drops, the croupier announces "No more bets!" and further betting, or changing bets, is no longer allowed. A player has won if he has bet on the winning number(s) or color.
There are two types of bets in European Roulette. They are called inside bets and outside bets. An inside bet is when the player bets on any roulette number (or numbers) from 0-36 (corresponding to the number on the pockets of the wheel). And outside bet is placed outside the numbered table layout and is placed on colors (red or black) or on combinations of numbers.
