Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is running between August 1st and September 30th 2008.
2. To enter, a participant must submit his/her email address on the form on the Casino homepage.
3. Players may enter the promotion once only.
4. Only those who have never registered at a Jackpot Factory casino (All Jackpots Casino, All Slots Casino, First Web Casino, Wild Jack Casino, and The VIP Lounge Casino) are eligible to enter this promotion.
5. To enter, players must be 18 years of age or over.
6. To be eligible to receive the prize or the cash alternative, winners must open an account at one of the participating casinos.
7. Five winners will be selected and notified by email on Wednesday, October 1, 2008.
8. Each winner must reply to the winning notification email with his/her full address to receive the gift certificate for free gas. They will not be able to send the prize to a P.O. Box. Please be sure to provide a street address.
9. The prize will be shipped to the winner's address within 15 working days of confirmation of his/her address.
10. Players who don't respond to the winning notification email within 7 days will forfeit their rights to the prize and it will be awarded to another player.
11. Winners may alternatively choose to receive a bonus of 200 credits at their casino account.
12. Bonus credits not played within 30 days of being awarded to a player will be deemed to have expired and will be removed and the player will no longer be able to use them.
